NautiBuoy Rentals, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property resulting from the operation or misuse of rented equipment, including but not limited to actions caused by rider error, negligence, recklessness, or failure to follow safety instructions.
All riders are required to wear a U.S. Coast Guard–approved life vest at all times while operating or riding on a PWC — no exceptions.
Due to the unique performance characteristics and silent operation of Taiga electric personal watercraft, all riders must complete a mandatory safety briefing and operational training prior to rental. Failure to adhere to training or staff instructions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
